Items purchased from green-comfort.us may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. Footwear must be unworn, in like-new condition, with tags and original packaging included.

Wear policy

We can only accept returns in resalable condition, with no visible signs of wear. This helps us cut down on waste and ensures future customers receive footwear they can love from day one.

Signs of wear may include:

• Creasing from use
• Visible dirt, stains or discoloration on the outside or inside of the pair
• Scuffed, marked or dirty soles

Slippers are to be returned in their bag and shipped in a box that wont get damaged during shipping. Rain boots are expected to be shipped back in their original boxes within a shipping box as well.

Start a return or exchange

Our self-serve system makes returns simple. You can:

• Exchange for a different size or color
• Choose store credit for another style
• Receive a gift card for later
• Request a refund

You’ll need:

• Your order number (e.g., GC12345)
• The ZIP Code where the order was delivered

Exchanges are set up as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after your return arrives, with funds usually showing in 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping back

• Pack up your footwear in it's original box (rain boots) or bag (slippers
• Pack your item(s) into their shipping box
• Close box securely with packing tape and attach your return label to the outside of the shipping box
• If returning items from multiple orders, use separate boxes with their labels.
